Abstract

Controlling project time and cost is a critical aspect of project management to ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget. The objective of this research is to determine the costs of three earned value indicators: BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP, and to estimate the required costs and time needed to complete the project. The method used in this research is the earned value method, which integrates cost, time, and physical work performance. In this study, the calculation of the budget plan (RAB) and the creation of the S-Curve are crucial initial steps. The RAB calculation and S-Curve creation resulted in a value of IDR 9,474,695,098 for a duration of 32 weeks. However, based on the EVM observations, the predicted total cost of project completion is IDR 8,098,723,371.01. The difference between the two calculations is IDR 1,375,971,726.49. Additionally, the weight and duration calculations on the S-Curve indicate a project duration of 32 weeks, which aligns with the EVM results showing a project completion time of 32 weeks, consistent with the planned schedule
